Step 1: Discovery Call

The Discovery Call is a brief consultation to understand your firm’s needs, workflow challenges, and how our virtual paralegals, legal assistants, or medical clerks can provide support. We’ll discuss your caseload, explain our services, and answer any questions to determine the right fit for your practice.

Step 2: Placement Process

After the Discovery Call, we’ll match you with a few top virtual professionals recommendations based on your firm’s needs, workflow, and preferences. You’ll have the option to select from our recommendations or participate in a brief interview process to ensure the best fit. Placement takes 24-40 business hours. Once your team member is chosen, we’ll schedule an Intro Call.

Step 3: Intro Call

The Intro Call is a meet-and-greet where you’ll connect with your new team member. This call provides an opportunity for both you and your team member to introduce yourselves, ask any questions, and discuss initial details to ensure a smooth transition and successful collaboration.

Step 4: Onboarding Call

The onboarding call is a complimentary 1-hour session where you and your new team member officially begin your working relationship. During this call, you'll integrate your team member into your systems, go over any pressing matters, and clarify expectations. This session is designed to ensure a smooth transition and set both you and your team member up for success moving forward.

Step 5: Begin Working

Once onboarding is complete, you and your new team member will begin working together. PPG will continue to check in periodically to ensure that both you and your team member are supported and that the partnership is progressing smoothly. These check-ins help address any concerns, provide additional guidance, and ensure that your needs are consistently met for a successful collaboration.

  • A person, qualified by education, training and/or work experience who performs specifically delegated substantive legal work in a remote setting.

  • We hire from right here in the United States. We recruit from Paralegal Associations, State Bar Associations, and we headhunt for the best Senior-level litigation paralegals, legal assistants, medical clerks, and case managers.

  • We notify our clients at 80% when they are about to reach their subscribed hours for the month. Our clients are welcome to continue work with their team member(s) but will be billed at the hourly base rate for that team member(s).

    Based on previous months, our clients may also upgrade or downgrade before their next billing cycle.

  • You pay to Prime Paralegal Group, not your team member. This eliminates your need to pay taxes on your team member, get worker’s compensation, and worry about unemployment claims or discrimination claims (which are soaring these days and a huge threat to business owners). We take on these risks for you.

  • No. If you’re not happy with your team member or Prime Paralegal Group, then we haven’t met our goal of streamlining the workload so you can do what matters most. You can walk away at any time pursuant to our 30-day cancellation period (which is out of respect for your team member(s)).

  • During your consultation, you will be asked of your preferred work schedule based on your needs. We will pair you with a team member who will honor your preferred work schedule.

  • Absolutely! Bilingual team members are available as an add-on in our starter packages. However, they are included at no additional cost and remain optional in all upgraded packages.
